摘要
实验选用唐古特大黄(Rheum tanguticumM axim.ex Regel.)种子萌发的无菌苗为外植体进行离体培养。结果表明,2mg/L的2,4-D最有利于愈伤组织的形成,但更高浓度的2,4-D会影响诱导效果;1mg/L的6-BA有利于愈伤组织的快速诱导,但单独的6-BA无诱导作用。
Aseptic seedlings obtained from germinated seed of Rheum tanguticumMaxim, ex Regel. were used as explants culturing in vitro to induce the callus. The experiment results showed that 2mg/L 2,4-D was beneficial to the formation of callus, but higher concentration of 2,4-D effected on callus inducement. 1 mg/L 6-BA could accelerate the growth of the callus in the medium with 2,4-D,while 6-BA couldn t induce callus by itself.
