摘要
采用单片机(89C51)作为10kV户外分段控制器的控制核心元件,介绍了控制器的软硬件总体设计。
Considering SCM（89C51 ） as the core of 10kV pole mounted sectionalizer, the software and hardware of the sectionalizer was introduced in the paper.
