番茄红素具有抗氧化、消除人体自由基、防癌、抗癌等优越的生理功能,是一种很有发展前途的功能性天然色素。
The lycopene has the superior physiological functions of anti -oxidant , dispelling the human free radical , giving protection against cancer and resisting the cancer etc. It is a natural pigment of functionality with high market. In this paper, the functions and the ways of lycopene extraction were reviewed.
