摘要
核心竞争力是当今企业市场竞争成败的关键因素,更是企业能否控制未来、掌握未来市场竞争主动权的根本。酒店要想在竞争中立于不败之地,必须拥有自己强大的核心竞争力,从粗放式的价格战走向以核心竞争力为基础的价值战,这是我国酒店业“作大”之后再“作强”的必由之路。
With the development of our country's hotel industry, the competition among hotels is getting more and more harsh. Core competitive advantage has become the pivotal factor for the success of enterprises in the market competition nowadays. Moreover, core competitive advantage is the foundation for enterprises to control future and grasp the initiative in the future market competition. The paper analyzes the importance of establishing core competitive advantage and suggests how to enhance hotels' core competitive advantage by explaining the concept of core competitive advantage.
