ISO8583 protocol is the International Standardization of data exchange format in cards trade, Based on the ISO8583 protocol, this paper develops a new data exchange format which is fit for electronic trade system or other systems. The define,logic structs and validity check of the data exchange format are talked about, compare with XML ,it＇ s binary data format and no syntax resolve. thus, its efficiency is more higer. Compare with traditional methods, this technique makes use of IMPACT FACTOR, its format define table makes it more flexible, its validity check make it more safe.
