摘要
农村环境侵权已经影响到我国农村的发展、农村居民的健康和生命。因此,构建我国农村居民环境维权的应对措施、尽快解决我国农村环境侵权问题已成为政府亟待解决的问题。
Environmental torts has some effect on the development of the country in china and residenters＇health and live in country . So it is urgent for government to construct the counter - measures to maintenance environmental right of residenters so that resolve problems of environmental torts in country.
