Consumer Protection Act Comparison Between the Continent and Hong Kong Special Administration Zone

香港虽然素以“购物天堂”著称,但迄今为止尚无一部专门保护消费者权益方面的法典。香港在保护消费者权益方面,不仅立法体例与大陆完全不同,而且在消费者权利的内容、消费者权益保护机构的设置及其职责、解决消费争议的途径等方面的规定也与大陆有别。

Hong Kong is famous by ＂The Shopping Paradise＂, however, it does not have ＂Consumer Protection Act＂ at present. In aspect of protecting consumers＇ interests, Hong Kong is different from the Continent in Legislative structure,consumer rights ,agencies＇ establishment and responsibilities, the ways to resolve consumer disputes and so on.
