党的干部队伍是我们党执政的骨干力量。党的干部队伍素质总体上比较高,但也存在着不少问题。要提高党的执政能力,就必须加强党员干部的理论修养,思想道德修养,知识修养与党性修养。

The party＇s carder contingent is the key governing force, which quality is better, but there are some problems.
