摘要 采用X射线衍射仪、电子扫描和DTA差热分析等手段,研究了在Ar气氛保护下Al-ZnO粉在高能球磨过程中发生的机械合金化反应。分析了不同球磨时间对粉体颗粒大小、成分、形貌、热稳定性及Al2O3粒子反应生成的影响。结果表明高能球磨可以有效实现Al-ZnO固相置换反应。经过30h球磨后,Al-ZnO能完全发生机械合金化反应,60h后可获得Zn-Al2O3复合粉末。置换生成Zn的熔点降低到398℃。 The reaction process of Al powder and ZnO powder during ball milling protected by Ar gas was studied by X-ray Diffraction ( XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) . The influences of different milling times on powder composition and particle size, morphology, heat stability and reaction process of Al2O3 particles are discussed, it is proposed that high energy ball milling is available for solid state phase transforming of Al-ZnO. Al-ZnO reacted completely by mechanical alloying for 30 hours; Zn-Al2O3 composite powders can be acquired after milling for 60 hours while the melting point of Zn decreases to 398℃ .
