摘要
本实验采用PVA+TritonX-100作混合增溶剂,铅(Ⅱ)、碘化钾和丁基罗丹明B形成λmax=610nm,ε610nm=6.8×105L.mol/cm-1的高灵敏显色反应,同时对反应条件及共存离子的干扰情况也作了详细的研究,拟定了痕量铅的水相高灵敏直接测定法,并作了试剂和人工混合液中铅的回收试验,其结果符合要求.
In this paper, determination of micro-amount lead is investigated by spectrop hotometry. The color reaction shows high sensitivity (ε610nm=6.8×105L·mol/cm^-1) with the mixed solubilizer (PVA+TritonX- 100), I^-, Pb^2+ and Rhodamine B(RhB) systm is found. In addition, the present paper also makes a detailed examination on the reaction condition and coexisting ion interference, and as a result proposes the direct examination method for examining the aqueous phase high sensitivity of micro-amount lead. A test is also conducted on the recycled lead in the reagent and artificial mixed solution, and the result measures up to the requirements.
