球囊辅助颅内宽颈动脉瘤的栓塞治疗

Embolizing treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms with balloon remodeling technique

目的应用球囊辅助瘤颈重塑形技术治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤.方法 15例颅内宽颈动脉瘤（瘤颈宽度2.1～7.0mm,体/颈比均≤2）患者,采用球囊辅助瘤颈重塑形技术结合电解脱弹簧圈（GDC）进行栓塞治疗.术后随访半年～1年.结果 15例宽颈动脉瘤均应用球囊辅助瘤颈重塑形技术对动脉瘤进行了成功栓塞,无死亡病例.11例患者经临床随访行DSA复查,无动脉瘤复发.结论球囊辅助瘤颈重塑技术GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤是一种安全、有效的方法.

Objective To embolize intracranial wide-necked aneurysms with balloon remodeling technique. Methods 15 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysms （aneurysm neck ranged 2.1 ～7.0mm,body/neck 42） underwent embolizing treatment with balloon remodeling technique. Results All of the aneurysms were successfully embolized with balloon remodeling technique. No dead cases were reported. Evaluated by DSA, there were no aneurysm reappearance. Conclusion Balloon-assisted remodeling technique is safe and effective in treatment of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms.
