摘要 采用气相色谱法测定了菜油中两种挥发性含硫化合物:3-丁烯基异硫氰酸盐与4-戊烯基异硫氰酸盐的方法。 in this paper the method of determination of the volatile sulfur compounds inRapeseed Oil by gas chromatography was developed.Two volatile sulfur compounds:3 butenyl isothiocyanate and 4-pentenyl isothiocyanate were determined quantitatively.
