α-内收蛋白基因Gly460Trp多态性与氢氯噻嗪降压疗效的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨α-内收蛋白(α-adducin)基因多态性与原发性高血压及氢氯噻嗪降压疗效的相关性。方法:采用多聚酶链式反应检测348例原发性高血压患者(EH)和184例血压正常者(NE)的α-adducin基因Gly460Trp多态性。并测定各组人群的诊室血压、24h血压以及各项生化指标。其中72例应用氢氯噻嗪降压4周,测定用药前后的血压指标。结果:EH组和NE组的α-adducin基因Gly460Trp多态性的基因型构成比差异无显著性(P>0·05);不同基因型之间的各项血压指标差异也无显著性。但含T等位基因者使用氢氯噻嗪治疗4周后血压下降值明显大于不含T等位基因者(P<0·05)。结论:α-adducin基因Cly460Trp多态性与北京汉族人群的原发性高血压无关。但可能是氢氯噻嗪降压疗效的有效预测因子。
