摘要
高校图书馆具有管理育人和服务育人的功能,图书馆员与读者之间的有效沟通是实现这种功能的基础和前提。讨论了图书馆员与读者之间有效沟通的理念、有效沟通的方式和有效沟通的措施等问题。
University and college libraries have the function of cultivating readers by way of management and service To perform this function, effective communication between librarians and readers is the base and premise. This paper discusses the conception, methods and measures of effective communication between librarians and readers.
