光纤复合架空地线的雷击断股机理与防治措施 被引量:14

摘要 针对我国光纤复合架空地线(opticalfibercompositeoverheadgroundwire,OPGW)断股时有发生的现状,有必要分析OPGW的断股机理并研究相应的防治措施。通过对我国OPGW断股情况的调查和对断股样品的微观分析得出了雷击造成OPGW断股的机理;按照标准进行雷击试验,分析了OPGW外层绞线单丝直径、绞线材料、雷击转移电荷库仑数、张力、雷电参数等因素对OPGW雷击断股的影响;通过模拟试验得出了避雷线接地方式与遭雷击概率的关系,根据雷击试验结果研制了2种耐雷型OPGW,通过计算并参照有关标准提出了OPGW发生断股损伤后的处理措施以及OPGW雷击断股的综合防治措施。 According to the condition that the strands in optical fiber composite overhead ground wires (OPGW) are frequently broken, it is necessary to analyze the mechanism of the strands breaking and research corresponding preventive measures. Through the investigation on the OPGW's strands breaking condition in China and by microscopic detection, the mechanism of the OPGW's strands breaking caused by lightning stroke is reached. According to the standards, lightning stroke tests are conducted, and the influences of following factors such as diameter and material of outer-layer strands, transfer charge quantity of lightning, strength and lightning parameters on strands breaking of OPGW are analyzed; through mock test, the relation between earth mode of lightning shield lines and lightning probability is obtained. According to the results of lightning stroke tests, two types of lightning-resistant OPGWs are developed; by means of calculation and conferring related standards, treatment measures after the strands breaking are proposed. On this basis, comprehensive preventive measures for OPGWs against strands breaking caused by lightning stroke are put forward.
