摘要
交易计划及阻塞管理是电力市场安全经济运营的重要问题。但现有的交易计划及阻塞管理算法都是基于复杂的数学推导、并以不断调整机组出力为引导迭代的关键步骤,缺乏足够的市场特征。本文深入分析了电力市场中各种价格的含义及其相互之间的关系,提出了一种以价格为控制变量的交易计划和阻塞管理算法。算法在无约束交易计划的基础上,通过判断和调整阻塞线路的价格、相关发电机节点的价格,来引导系统达到新的价格平衡,进而改变机组出力和线路潮流而消除阻塞。这种算法体现了价格对资源稀缺程度和供需关系的衡量效果,整个计算过程经济意义和物理意义非常明确,突出了价格对资源优化配置的导向性作用。IEEE-14系统的计算结果表明了该算法具有快速、准确、迅速收敛的特点。
Transaction planning and congestion management are significant issues to ensure secure and economic operation of electricity market, whereas conventional methods are on the basis of intricate mathematical derivation, and the calculation process is characterized by the adjustment of the output of units as the core of iteration so it lacks enough market features. After the detailed analysis on implication of different prices in electricity market and the relation to each other, the authors proposed an algorithm in which the price is used as control variable for the transaction planning and congestion management. On the basis of unconstrained transaction planning, by means of judging and adjusting the prices of congestion lines as well as the prices of generating nodes, a new price equilibrium in power grid is achieved, and then the outputs of units and power flows of transmission lines are changed to eliminate congestion. Using the proposed algorithm, the scarce extent of resources and supply-demand relationship can be weighed and reflected by price, the economic and physical meaning of whole calculation process are clear, and the guidance effect of price for optimal resource allocation is brought into relief. Calculation results of IEEE 14-bus test system show that the proposed algorithm possesses rapid convergence speed and its calculation is accurate.
