摘要
本文主要探讨了氯化氢气体在圆块孔式石墨降膜吸收器内与稀盐酸接触生成浓盐酸过程中,可能存在的一种降温冷却、混合、吸收、再冷却的机理,并通过实际使用的情况,对这一机理进行了初步验证,进而根据这一机理,提出了对现有圆块孔式石墨换热器结构的改进设想。
This article mainly discusses the supposed existing mechanism of cooling, mixing, absorbing, re-cooling in the process of making concentrated acid by hydrochloride gas contacting with dilute hydrochloric acid inside of cylindrical block graphite falling-film absorber, meantime gives preliminary verification of the mechanism and promotes improving thoughts to existing construction of cylindrical block graphite heat exchangers.
