The consultative democracy is reflected in the Multi - Party Cooperation and Political Consultation System under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. The ways to achieve the consultative democracy include political consultation, participating in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, democratic supervision and coopera- tion. This helps to achieve the broadest political participation and to absorb various beneficial demands. It fully reflects the authenticity of socialist democracy and shows great superiority and vitality. To develop socialist democratic politics and build up socialist political civilization, we must persist in and improve the consultative democracy.
