摘要
试验研究了超声波法提取油菜蜂花粉中黄酮的工艺条件,用分光光度法测定了其总黄酮的含量。结果表明,黄酮提取的最合适条件为:80%的乙醇、超声波提取2min、料液比为550mL/g;测得油菜蜂花粉黄酮的含量为3.17%。
The extraction technology of flavonoids from rape bee-pollen with ultrasonic wave according to the orthogonal design was studied. A spectrophotometer method is used to determinde the total flavone contents. The results show that the optimal conditions for the with ultrasonic technique is 80mL 80% acetone solution to lg bee-pollen, extracted for 25 minutes, The centent of the total flavone is about 3.17%,
