摘要
采用一种简单有效的反相高效液相色谱分析法分离测定8种低分子量有机酸,对芦荟及芦荟饮料中的低分子量有机酸进行了分析测定。实验表明,该方法灵敏、高效、回收率高、重现性好且操作简便等特点,可应用于各种食品、饮料等产品中低分子量有机酸含量的检测。
A simple and effective method of RP-HPLC to determinate eight low molecular weight organic acids was introduced in this paper. It was proved to be a convenient method with high precise, sensitivity and reproducibilty by analysing the samples of aloe and aloe-drink. Also, it is much easier to determine the organic acids from other samples.
