摘要
砷是目前公认的对人体有害的元素,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食品中微量砷的含量。研究了硼氢化钾浓度、酸介质及其酸度、共存离子等因素对砷测定的影响,优化了仪器工作条件。方法回收率在94.0%~104.0%,检出限为0.18ng/mL。
The arsenic is recognized deleterious element for human, The determination of trace arsenic in foodstuff by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was studied. The effects of operation conditions such as KBH4 & HCl concentration and concomitant ion were researched, and the instrument parameters were optimized. The rate of recovery varies between 94,0%-104.0% and the detection limit is 0.18ng/mL.
