摘要
采用微波炉消解,氢化物-原子荧光法测定盐渍鳕鱼中的痕量铅,并对原子荧光法测定痕量铅的条件进行了系统研究。结果表明在载流及定容液HCl浓度为1%,炉高为7 ̄8mm,灯电流为40mA的操作条件下灵敏度最高。在该实验条件下,测得铅的检出限(3σ)为0.19μg/L,相对标准偏差(对10μg/L,n=11)为0.92%,适合咸鱼中痕量铅的快速测定。
Using microwave oven clean-up and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry determined the trace lead in the saline cod food. The conditions for the determination of trace lead by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with a intermittent hydride generator were studied systematically. It was found that the optimal condition of the reaction solution was 1%, the height of the oven was 7-8mm and the current of the lamp was 40mA. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit(3σ) and the relative standard deviation(10μg/L Pb,n =11)were 0.19μg/L and 0.92% respectively. The method was successfully applied to the rapid- determination of trace lead in saline cod food.
