摘要
采用超声波法提取棚栽与野生苣荬菜中黄酮类化合物并探讨出最佳提取条件,建立了苣荬菜中黄酮化合物的光谱分析方法并对棚栽与野生苣荬菜中黄酮进行了分析。实验结果表明方法的回收率为107%~109%,变异系数小于0.58%。棚栽与野生苣荬菜中黄酮的含量分别为22.21mg/kg和20.64mg/kg。
The ultrasonic extraction method was used for extracting total flavonoids from chicory growth in wild and plastic shed, the optimum extracting conditions was investigated. The flavonoids in chicories were determined by spectrophotometry, The results show that the recovery is 107%-109% and the coefficient of variation is 0.58%. The contents of the flavonoids chicories growth in wild and plastic shed were 22,21mg/kg and 20.64mg/kg respectively.
