摘要
水电机组加装电力系统稳定器PSS,经常受到干扰信号影响而无法正常投运。本文首先从水电机组的机械部分和水力部分找出可能存在的干扰信号源,其后采用时域仿真和理论分析方法,对干扰信号与PSS的相互影响进行了研究。研究发现,PSS对于干扰信号所引起功率共振振荡虽然不能全面平息,但可以减小振荡幅值,扰动消失后保证系统快速恢复稳定。最后提出抑制和剔除干扰信号的措施,为现场水电机组正常投运电力系统稳定器PSS提供参考。
The power system stabilizer (PSS) on water turbine does not work normally because of the influence of interference signals. The source of interference signals is analyzed firstly in this paper to find out the possible existent sources of interference signals from mechanical part and hydraulic part of water turbine. Then the interaction of interference signals and PSS are studied by adopting time-domain simulations and theory analysis methods. It is showed that although PSS can not calm down the resonance oscillation aroused by the interference signals, yet it may reduce amplitude of the oscillation. Moreover, PSS can definitely resume stability time of power system after disappearance of interference signals. At last, the measures which restrain and eliminate the interference signals are presented. The conclusion can provide reference to bringing power system stabilizer into service in the water power plant.
