SOME THEORICAL ANALYSES ON AIR WEB FORMING PROCESS

在气流成网机典型化的风道结构基础上,对纤维从锡林上脱离的影响因素、纤维网的形成结构,气流分布及流量进行了理论分析,并推导出了上述问题的理论模型。

Based on the typical air-duct structure, this paper deals with some analyses of air web forming process. Theorical models have been drawn out: 1. fibre taken off grom cylinder; 2. web forming structure; 3. air distribution and total flow through the web forming area.
