摘要
对利用微小毛霉摇瓶发酵合成凝乳酶的基本条件进行了初步研究,在质量分数为2%的麸皮水解液中,起始pH6.0,装液量30ml/250ml三角瓶,35℃,振荡速度120r/min条件下摇瓶发酵72h可达产酶高峰。可得凝乳酶5000u/g麸皮。同时对微生物凝乳酶的工业生产可能性作了简要分析。
This paper was about preliminary lab research of the basic conditions on which rennase shaking flask fermentation by Mucor pusillus was studied. The maximun activity of the rennase was obtained with 72 h of incubution under conditions of 2% wheat bran (try wieght), initial pH6. 0,30ml of medium in 250ml of falsk, 35℃ and shaking speed of 120r/min. Yield of the rennase reached 5000u/g bran. Meanwhile, the production possibity of microbial rennase was analysed simply.
