一致-简并杂交寡核苷酸引物设计用于未知病原微生物检测的进展 被引量：2

摘要 近年研究发现，暴发的“非典型性肺炎”，禽流感及四川发生的猪链球菌感染等要么是已发现的病原微生物家族中的新成员，要么是原来不感染人的动物病原体。因此，快速、及时、准确定性检测这些病原体，对防治疾病具有重要意义。
