南京汤山早更新世猎豹头骨CT扫描数据的三维重建 被引量:6

摘要 CT技术和计算机图像处理技术的发展已使得人们可以将标本的CT数据复原成虚拟标本进行无创解剖.本研究使用这一技术重建并无创解剖了产于南京汤山驼子洞的早更新世猎豹头骨化石,测量了颅内模各部分的容量.驼子洞猎豹的额窦呈蜂窝形,脑内模显示其额叶较大、颞叶较小,大脑上的沟回比家猫复杂,与家狗相似,但比熊猫、猪、牛和马的简单.化石标本虚拟三维重建与解剖技术可以将古生物学的研究从标本外表延伸到内部,克服疏松脆弱标本修理保存方面的困难,为珍稀标本制作虚拟备份.
