EphB4、EphrinB2蛋白在子宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与血管生成的关系 被引量:3

摘要 近年来的研究表明Eph家族尤其是EphB4/EphfinB2在肿瘤发生和血管生成过程中起重要作用。关于EphB4及其配体EphrinB2在子宫颈癌组织中的表达文献目前尚少见报道。我们检测了EphB4及其配体EphrinB2在子宫颈癌组织中的表达,并分析其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系,旨在探讨EphB4及其配体EphrinB2在子宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用及其与血管生成的关系。
