儿科医学论文英文摘要的撰写(九)

上面这篇英文摘要的作者将这部分内容分为数段，将各段用数字编号，显得段落分明，但实际上国外医学期刊英文论文摘要中这样标号分段的情况很少见，也没有必要。这段表示结果的文字中存在的主要问题有以下几点：（1）组的名称：将病例组称为case group，欠妥，一般称为patient group。但句首的数字都用了英文数词而没有用阿拉伯数字，是很正确的。（2）从③到④的这段文字中，罗列了许多数字（百分数），而这些数字本身并不说明什么特别的问题，而且还说是“没有差异”，既然如此，列出这些数字没有太大的意义，不如用文字说明一下更清楚，后面附上P〉0．05就可以了。
