以绢纺B311精梳机的落绵(78%)与锦纶短纤维(22%)两种纤维,在丝纺设备上纺制100tex(10Nm/1)由锦混纺针织纱。文章针对绢纺落绵与锦纶短纤维的各自特点,介绍在混纺成纱各工序中工艺参数的选择和必须注意的问题,指出其生产关键在于两种纤维的均匀和及回潮率的控制。
One hundred tex (10N./l) noil silk and nylon blended knitting yarn is spun by 'oil silk yarn spinning equipment with nylon staple fibre (22%)and silk noil (78%) from waste silk comber Bll. In light of the respective features of silk noil and nylon staple fibres, the paper presents the selection of technical parameters for various procedures of the blended resultant yarn and some points to be noted, and POints out that the key for the yarn production lies in the uniform blending ratio of the two fibres and the control of regain.
