摘要
以热处理的阳离子染料可染改性涤纶为试样,用动态力学温度谱求得松弛模量和蠕变柔量等材料函数.这2个函数在一定程度上可定量地表述热处理过程中CDP纤维聚集态结构的变化,由此探讨了纤维可染性改善的机理.
Taking cationic dyeable PET fibers after heat set as sample, the relaxation modulus and creep compliance of which are found by using dynamic mechanical temperaturespectra. The changes in the aggregative structure of the CDP fibers after heat setting process can be expressed guantitatively to a certain degree from these two material functions.Hence, the mechanism of improving the dyeability of the fibers is probed.
