摘要
用反相ＨＰＬＣ同时检测防晒化妆品中的２种紫外吸收剂，以Ｒａｄｉａｌ－ＰａｋＣ１８为固定相，甲醇为流动相，用紫外吸收检测器检测，方法的相对误差小于６．７％，标准偏差小于２．２％、生产厂家可用该方法控制产品质量．
This paper describes an analytical method for routine determination of various sunscreening compounds in cosmetic products. The test is carried out by accurately weighing 100 mg of sample into a 100 mL. volumetric flask: the sample is dissolved in 10 mL.methanol and is filtered through 0. 45 urn filter paper. The column is Radial--pah C,,, mobile phase is methanol. UV detector is used at 313 urn before 6 min, a 354 urn after 6 min.This method is simpe, rapid and accurate. The relative error is below 2% and recovery is over 92 %.
