摘要
本文以韩国Samsung电子为案例来分析技术创新的路径,结论为:OEM模式在隐含性知识的转移中更有效率,因而在发展中国家本土企业受到制度和技术的约束的条件下,OEM模式是技术创新的一条有效的低成本途径。发展中国家本土企业通过技术学习,OEM-ODM-OBM的升级模式可以嵌入到发达国家的技术发展轨迹,并最终在同一条技术发展轨迹上运行。
The paper illuminates OEM is an effective approach of tacit knowledge transfer through the South Korea Samsung Electron case.Thus,OEM is a cost-effective technology innovation path of the local enterprises in the developing countries.At the end of the paper,by analyzing technology developmenttrack in the developed countries,we draw a conclusion which is that a feasible path of the technology innovation of local enterprises in the developing countries would be embedding the technology development track of developed countries with the OEM-ODM-OBM model, and ultimately run in the same technology development track.
