武警部队营区医师培养模式研究与实践

A study and practice in cultivating barrack site surgeons of armed police forces

目的通过改革现有教育教学方法,探索一个全新的基层卫勤人才培养模式,培养武警部队基层真正需要的卫生技术人才。方法以现代教育理念为指导,在调查研究与科学论证的基础上,采取理论创新、方法创新与教学实践相结合,对营区医学学员的培养过程进行了全面、系统的研究。结果构建了营区医学理论体系,创建了全新的教学内容、教学方法以及综合评价体系,形成了武警部队营区医师培养模式。结论营区医师培养模式是培养武警部队基层卫生技术人才的有效手段,值得大力推广和借鉴。

Objective To explore a new model for cultivating surgeons at grass - roots units of Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces. Methods Guided by the modem educational theory, a systematic and comprehensive study was conducted on the cultivation of barrack surgeons, by combination of theoretical and method ological innovation with teaching practice, based on investigation and scientific argmnents. Resuits A new theoretical system of barrack site surgeon training was constructed, new content of curriculum with corresponding teaching methods and comprehensive evaluating system was established, there by forming a new model for cultivating barrack site surgeons of Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces. Conclusions The new model is effective in training surgeons at grass - roots units of Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces and is worth extending and using for reference.
