摘要 目的研究闭合性脑损伤后COX-2在脑组织中的表达部位、时序性特点。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测SD大鼠脑组织COX-2的表达情况。结果损伤后,顶叶皮质、CA4、CA3、脑底皮质阳性细胞面积、阳性细胞计数与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论脑损伤后,COX-2表达在1.2h开始增加,8.12h达最高值,5.7d时基本恢复正常. Objective To study the expression site and the temporal patterns ot cyclooxygenase- 2(COX- 2) in rats with closed traumatic brain injury (TBI) .Methods The expression of COX- 2 was studied by immunohistochemistry in the brain of Sprague - Dawley rats. Results After brain injury, the number and area of COX- 2 positive neurons increased progressively in parietal cortex, hippocampns CA4, CA3, basicmnial cortex compared with sham operatied controls ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions After closed traumatic brain injury, for 1 - 2 h, the expression of COX - 2 in brain tissue increases progressively, and reaches to the peak level after 8 - 12 h, and returns to the normal after 5 - 7d.
