摘要
分析现有颈椎间盘假体中存在的问题,应用CAD技术和有限元分析手段,优化设计由聚乙烯醇和聚氨酯弹性体两种高分子材料复合成型的新型双层结构颈椎间盘假体。优化结构的模拟分析显示出双层圆柱结构的颈椎间盘假体具有比较优异的特点:①在正常状态下,双层圆柱结构的假体使得外部纤维环和内层髓核的最大应力都比较小,而且对上下椎体的退化影响最小;②其结构简单,所需模具结构简单,定位方便准确。
This paper developed the problem in present cervical spinal disc. After analyzing the function of cervical spinal disc, we chose two kinds of materials to design and fabricate the double-layer cervical spinal disc prosthetic. Then CAD and finite element analysis technologies were used to optimize four kinds of the new prosthetic structure, optimized results showed that the materials of the prosthetic was proper, and the double-layer column structure of the new prosthetic had some excellence characteristics. The double-layer column prosthetic could make the maximum stress of nucleus and annulus properly, its structure was simple and it could be facilitated and exactly placed.
