无量纲参数在矿用低速重载齿轮故障诊断中的应用

研究了无量纲参数对低速重载齿轮不同故障的敏感性,据此在对齿轮减速箱进行初步诊断的基础上,结合频谱分析技术诊断出故障的具体部位。研究表明,无量纲参数在低速重载齿轮故障诊断的工程实际中具有一定的实用性,为煤矿现场齿轮减速箱故障诊断提供了一种有效的方法。

The paper studied the sensitivity of the dimensionless parameters to the different faults of the low speed heavy loaded gear. Then base on the preliminary diagnosis of the gear box, the certain location of the fault was diagnosed with the spectrum analysis technology. The study showed that the dimensionless parameters had a certain practical function in the practical operation of the low speed heavy loaded gear fault diagnosis. This method became an effective method to diagnose the gear box fault at the mine site.
