住院患者对护理服务满意度评价的研究 被引量:134

Investigation of inpatients′ satisfaction with nursing service

摘要 目的了解住院患者对护理服务的满意度,比较不同背景资料的患者对护理服务满意度的差异。方法用方便抽样法抽取1所三级甲等医院的320例住院患者,用自行设计的基于患者对优质护理指征观点的问卷进行调查。结果住院患者对护理服务总体及各维度的评价较高;不同文化程度、不同职业、不同医疗费用支付方式的患者对护理服务满意度的差异具有显著性。结论本研究为测定患者对护理服务满意度提供了一个新的工具。护士在实施护理服务时应充分考虑患者的个体差异,注重服务的及时性。
