运城盐湖提前产硝试验研究

Trial Research on Producing Mirablite Ahead of Schedule in Yuncheng Saline Lake

文章分析了运城盐湖提前产硝的可能性,根据盐湖实际情况进行了提前产硝试验。其工艺流程为：淡卤→化矿→配兑→保卤→结晶→新法分离→芒硝。经试验运城盐湖提前产硝完全可行,至少可提前一个月产运芒硝。

In this paper,the author analyzed the possibility of producing mirabilite ahead of schedule in Yuncheng saline lake. According to the fact of saline lake,the experiment of producing mirahilite ahead of schedule has been put into practice. The technical process as follows ： deliquate brine——dissolve mineral -adjust concentration——cultivate——crystallize——separate——mirahilite. The result reveals that it is feasible to produce mirahilite ahead of schedule in Yuncheng saline lake, and the ahead time is not less than one month.
