基于步进电机和编码器的仿真无线电高度表

摘要 仿真无线电高度表不同于实装仪表,它的刻度盘是非均匀的,针对这样的特点给出了基于步进电机和光电编码器的仿真无线电高度表的设计方案,并且在机械和控制系统的硬件、软件上给予了实现,而且在软件上成功处理了非均匀指示的控制问题。测试的结果表明:定位准确、低噪声、高速无抖动、低速无跳动,实现了比较理想的控制效果。 The simulated radio altimeter is different from real installation of instrument, as its scale is irregular. In accordance with this feature, the design scheme of the simulated radio altimeter based on step motor and photoelectric encoder is proposed and the implementation on machinery, and hardware and software of control system is given. The problem of controlling irregularity of indication is successfully handled by software. The test results show that the altimeter is precise in location, low noise, high speed without bouncing, and offers ideal control effects.
