According to the application characters of campaign-tactic missile, the judgement index systems of target valule attacked by campaign-tactic missile is constructed. Focusing on target value analysis, the judgement model is constructed to analyze the target value and confirm the target value sequencing. At last, the practical calculation shows it is practical and feasible when the fuzzy comprehensive judgement is used to confirm the target value seouencing.
