摘要
在自然室温条件下（１８～２５℃）用０．０２５、０．０５０、０．０７和０．１００ｇ／ｋｇ的Ｃ１Ｏ２处理水份含量为２４．２％的玉米。结果表明，Ｃ１Ｏ２能够有效地抑制高水份玉米霉变，保持品质。
Chlorine dioxide was applied to mould control and fresh keeping of high moisture corn in the research of grain storage.The experimental conditions were temperature 18℃ to 25℃,moisture content of corn 24.4%.Chlorine dioxide concentration were 0.025、0.075 and 0.100g/kg .The results show that chlorine dioxide may control mould of high moisture corn and keep its quality effectively.
