碳纤维的浆料配方研究

A Study on Size Formulation of Carbon Fibre

本文研制了一种碳纤维专用的浆料配方,并对上浆后的碳纤维进行了有关性能测试,且作了小样试织。结果表明,上浆后的碳纤维可织性大大提高,能适应三维碳纤维织物织造要求。

In order to promote the weavability of carbon fibre, the sizing recipe special for carbon fibre is developed in this paper. The properties concerned are measured and weaving is carried out using sized carbon fibre. The results show that the fibre's weavability is greatly increased, so that it can meet the weaving requrements of three-dimen-sion fabrics
