Treatment of Wool-Scouring Waste-Water and Reclamation of Wool Grease

采用TX系列新型高效絮凝剂,经对洗毛生产线Ⅱ、Ⅲ槽高浓度洗毛废水絮凝处理结果表明:该系列絮凝剂性能稳定,反应快速、用量少、分离快、上浮性和下沉性好。处理后COD去除率达99％以上,完全可以达到回用标准。

A new high efficient flocculant TX series for treating wool-scouring waste-water is discussed in this article. Goncentrated wool-scouring waste is water treated using the agent. The results show that by using this flocculant the effect can exceed that of the other common flocculants, and it has the flowing characteristics of steady performance, rapid seperation, fine floatation settlement, and over 99% COD removal rate. The resulted water is as clear as tap water for reusing.
