企业和大学是分别满足人类的生存与知识需求的组织化形式。纵观企业与大学的发展历程和演进趋势,无论是在组织功能、运行动力、人的价值、管理方式等方面都呈现出某种交汇的趋势,这是人类生存与知识的交汇,是分裂的人走向本真的人的演进写照。

The university and the enterprise are two kinds of organization that meet the requirement of subsistence and intellectuality respectively. Their evolutive history reveals a convergent trend from the aspects of organization function, motivity, human value, and management style, which indicates convergence of subsistence and intellectuality, and evolution of divisive human to actual human.
