空压站噪声控制工程的应用

摘要 在噪声控制方法中,传统的无源消声技术对中高频噪声治理较为有效,而对低频噪声,采用新兴的有源消声技术效果良好,北京化学纤维厂空压站既有中高频声源,又有低频声源,本文拟定的治理方案除传统的无源方案外,还提出空压站的有源消声方案,采用振动信号和声信号作为初级声源,通过专用数字信号处理器实现声波的反相迭加,使系统稳定可靠。 The new air-compressor station of Beijing Chemical Fiber Factory,which lacked noise control system,gave off so much noise and brought about much annoyance to people nearby.The sound pressure level was high above the permitted figure.Furthermore,the factory had been charged so much money for this noise problem.Some passive methods have been taken to deal with it.For the prominent low frequency characteristic in this station,a plan of active noise control method has been presented in this paper.This is also a presentation for the feasibility of application the ANC technic on the noise control in air-compressor station.
