摘要
研究了壳聚糖(CS)的制膜方法,试制出对高浓度乙醇水溶液的分离具有较好渗透汽化性能的硫酸交联透水膜,该膜对80wt%乙醇水溶液的分离具有最高的PSI值(α×J)。实验还表明膜的分离系数(α)值随乙醇浓度的下降而下降;
The chitosan polyacrylonitrile(CS/PAN) composite membrane was prepared and used to separate the ethanol water mixture by pervaporation. The membrane showed higher stability than that of the homogeneous membrane. The permselectivity of the composite membrane can be kept after operating in the low ethanol concentration feed solution. Ten odd kinds of reagents instead of sulfuric acid aqueous solution were used to treat the CS composite membrane. The experiments indicated that the ultra thin composite membrane treated by poly(kalium 4 styrenesulfonate)(PSSK) possessed the best permselectivity, its separation factor and permeability reaching 453 and 170g/m 2h, respectively.
