摘要
本文以壳聚糖(CS)和醋酸纤维素(CA)为膜材料,研究了CSCA渗透汽化共混膜的制膜条件,分析了该膜的渗透汽化性能及影响因素。结果表明:CSCA共混膜对乙醇-水混合液具有良好的渗透汽化分离性能。
Cellulose acetate(CA) and chitosan(CS) blended membrane for the separation of ethanol water mixture by pervaporation was prepared in our laboratory. The experimental results indicated that this membrane possessed high permselectivity. The membrane is suitable for separation of alcohol aqueous with ethanol composition between 50wt% and 95wt%. In this paper,the influence of the membrane production condition had been discussed and the effects of some factors, such as, temperature, feed concentration and film thickness, on separation characteristics had been investigated by pervaporation.
