铁路运输动员是国防动员的组成部分,针对当前铁路运输动员存在的问题,通过对云南、湖南铁路运输动员建设的调研,提出了构建基于铁路局层次的铁路运输动员建设质量评估指标体系,并运用数学方法,对指标体系的信度和效度进行了检验。

Railway transport mobilization is a part of national defense mobilization. Faced by current problems existing in railway transport mobilization, after research on railway transport mobilization in Yunnan and Hunan provinces, the essay puts forward the quality evaluation index system of railway transport mobilization building at the railway administration level, and tests the effect and confidence of the index system by use of mathematic method.
